Areas of Expertise

When it comes to mental health, there are a number of different areas of expertise. One of the most common is ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Individuals with ADHD often struggle with impulsivity, distractibility, and hyperactivity. As a result, they may have difficulty in school or at work, and they may also experience social and emotional difficulties. Another common disorder  is anxiety. Anxiety disorders are characterized by excessive worry and fear, and can often lead to avoidance behaviors. Those with an anxiety disorder may feel constantly on edge, and may have difficulty sleeping or concentrating. Finally, depression is a serious mental illness characterized by negative thinking, low energy levels, and a loss of interest in activities that were once enjoyed. While each of these areas of expertise is different, they all share one common goal: By working together, we can develop a treatment plan that will help you to feel better and function more effectively in your daily lives!
